After ten years of industry experience working with financial professionals and selling a wide assortment of financial products at Timberland Bank’s Financial Services and Wealth Management Division, Jillian decided to embark on a new adventure and form the privately owned company FND Insurance & Financial Services, LLC specializing in independent financial products and services. 

When we say “Independent” we simply mean we are not bound or restricted from using certain proprietary or company sponsored products. We have access to thousands of insurance and financial products available to help us find the best fit for your unique financial situation and goals.   

In an effort to help you (and us) remain effective, efficient and transparent, our team utilizes unique technology platforms that provides access to a support network of education and experience that allows us to garner maximum expertise for you each step of the way. It’s a win/win.   

Along with industry experience, the FND team brings a unique perspective of the ever-changing insurance market and how it relates to you – the end user. Jillian, our Founder, is the past President for the South Sound Association of Health Underwriters. Being part of this association has enabled our team to stay on top of the complex industry regulatory changes and ensures that our clients can choose from the best product offerings.  

In addition to health insurance, FND offers a full line of products and services including: health, Medicare plans, life, travel, disability, long term care, accident & critical illness, and more.

Meet Our Founder & CEO

Jillian Flodstrom is Founder and CEO of FND Insurance and Financial Services, LLC as well as a licensed health insurance broker and investment professional. She is also an expert speaker and coach helping people become more organized in their professional, personal, and financial lives! 

Growing up with two self-employed parents and often uninsured, Jillian saw firsthand the difficulties and frustrations of wading through the complex world of insurance that overwhelms most people trying to obtain the best coverage at a reasonable cost. Because of that experience, Jill has made it her mission to simplify the insurance process for every client and provide them with customized solutions at affordable prices.
